Our Team

Frank is the founder and artistic lead of TangoSparks, overseeing both creative vision and technical restoration. Based in Beijing, he studied at NYU and has lived in Argentina, Europe, and the US, dedicating over 15 years to tango music and culture.

A trained violinist, sought-after tango DJ, and music archivist, Frank combines his deep knowledge of analog sound with a collector’s eye and a curator’s care. Outside the studio, he enjoys hiking and historical research.
